22 Reasons to Stop Believing in God (Rebuttal 9-10)

The two objections to faith in God for this episode are as follows: 9) If you ever wrote a book with that many contradictions in it your publishers would have to pull it from the shelves. 10) If God made us in His image why do we have vestigial body parts and organs that often fail?   In response to these objections I ask the question of whether the Bible really does contain contradictions and if we could actually trust its content. Another idea is then addressed regarding all the "concurrences" in the Bible. Is it a unique book among books?   Before suggesting two opposing objections to atheism I address the issue of what it means to be created in the image of God and how "sin" is the actual culprit of deformity and pain in human life.
