23. INTERVIEW: Taking over the family Franchise business

Soumangue went from being the franchisee’s son to becoming a franchisee himself. When his parents decided to put their 7-unit subway franchise business for sale, he and his sisters decided to buy the stores and become franchise owners. Together they have grown from 0 to 7 to 17 units in less than a year! All with acquisitions! This was not as easy as they thought, but it has been rewarding and exciting. They continue to make big plans in order to reach their business goals.
