Büyük Zarifi Apartmanı’nda yer alan istos sahne, geleneksel Rum müziğinden tiyatrolara, bağımsız sahnede yer almak isteyen herkese kucak açan bir salon niteliğinde. Ev sıcaklığında sohbetler, selamlaşıp hâl hatır sorulan gösterimlerle devam ediyor ve kendine ait bir odaya dönüşüyor.
