新居入居1ヶ月の振り返り 新居に入居して1ヶ月が経過した時点での振り返りをまとめたものです。家の内外の進捗状況、DIYプロジェクト、新しい家電や家具の購入、そして近々予定されている出産に向けての準備などについて話しました。 cosense: https://bit.ly/3TIdvpP 写真などの掲載があります 1. 家の進捗状況 家の中 基本的な居住は可能 家の外 外構工事がほぼ完了 具体的な進捗： コンクリート駐車場の完成 ウッドデッキの設置 残作業：人工芝の敷設、植栽 課題 業者の作業進行が遅い 原因の可能性：大雨の影響による他の地域での対応 2. 今後の予定 倉庫の購入と組み立て（2-3週間後に到着予定） ロールスクリーンとカーテンレールの設置（完了） 3. 家電とDIY Wi-Fi環境の改善 バッファローWSR6000X8を購入 メッシュWi-Fi構築 課題：時折の接続不安定 DIY 表札の取り付け タオルかけの設置 冷蔵庫の点灯防止紐の設置 猫用設備の改良 大型猫トイレの設置 餌台の自作 4. 家具と家電の購入 ソファーの購入（46,000円） デロンギ コーヒーマシンの購入（中古、33,000円） 5. 子育て準備 購入済みアイテム： おむつ 哺乳瓶 入院グッズ ベビーベッド チャイルドシート 6. 感想 長期的な視点で家づくりを楽しんでいる 必要なものを揃える楽しさを実感 今後も状況に応じて内装や設備を変更していく予定
