25. 3rd Party Mandates & Power of Attorney

It can be very difficult to manage your financial affairs while you're in prison so Zak & Emma are looking at a couple of possible solutions. 3rd Party Mandates are a way of giving a trusted person limited access to your bank or building society so they may be able to do simple things such as check balances and pay bills for you.
