When starting Prowess Project, Ashley & Leah has BIG dreams.  But they knew in order to solve the problem that they wanted to solve for women in the workforce, they had to do it differently.  They had to do it, build it, execute in as if business, in general, were created with women in mind.  High-level...  Our mission is to be able to provide flexible jobs for women and the importance of embracing the skills and experiences that professionals bring to the table.  Fueled by the desire to solve the problem of women being pushed out of the workforce to raise their children, Ashley & Leah founded Prowess Project to provide jobs just like that to empower women. They wanted to match accomplished professionals with companies who valued their skills and also recognized the importance of work-life balance.
