Bio & Intro
Robin Nyström is an LA-based filmmaker who was born in Stockholm and raised on a steady diet of Swedish meatballs and ABBA. As a writer, Robin loves to explore absurdist comedy and magical realism. His first independently produced web series Nicolife follows a wannabe influencer hoping to find YouTube fame at any cost. His second web series Tracy Buckles depicts a young woman who becomes the victim of a curse that prevents other people from hearing her voice. He is also the writer/director of multiple short films, including Broken, Super-Psycho-Killer-Bot from Outer Space and Judged.
