27. John Mayo - NASA, Humanoids, and Battle Bots

Meet John Mayo, an engineer, robotics enthusiast, and mentor who’s made some seriously impressive strides in the world of space exploration, robotics, and engineering. John’s journey began in mechanical engineering at Texas A&M University, which led him to earn his master's degree at MIT. From there, he landed a dream job at NASA as a robotics engineer, working on cutting-edge projects. John is also a key player in the world of Battle Bots, where he builds and competes with robots in thrilling combat challenges. On top of all that, he mentors the robotics club at Westlake High School, inspiring the next generation of engineers.
