28. Fear Realized

Hi honey! Do you know that you have permission to give yourself the chance to feel today what you denied yourself the right to feel when you chose abortion? Ya. Even if it’s peace and trust that you absolutely didn’t feel then, you can allow yourself to feel now. Or, to look at your reasons for choosing abortion and realize you were wrong about yourself. How powerful. How brave. It that you were, but could you admit that if you saw it? Perhaps we wouldn’t if we’re too afraid to look at it. To discover we could have kept our baby. Those are some big feelings but I’m here to help you go there. Here to help you allow yourself to feel so those emotions can get resolved instead of stored in your body or avoided. Love you hun.
