Ella Boylan is a contemporary landscape artist and mother, in this episode, she shares with us her incredibly personal journey of loss and grief. Ella and her late husband Jay, were childhood sweethearts. Ella takes us from their first party pash when they were teens, to their decision to start a family, and the tragic accident that took his life.Ella reflects on the challenges of being a young widow and the impact of Jay's death and the trauma that followed, now helping her daughter cope with grief. She emphasises how important it was through this journey to remain positive and optimistic while living with grief.Finally, she discusses her journey of finding love again after loss.
