After his success helping launch the first series of the Voice, he rose quickly to the VP of Alternative Programming and Development at NBC/Universal. There he helped create and develop delightful programming like Jimmy Fallon's "That's My Jam" on NBC and "Baking It", which was co-hosted by Amy Poehler and Maya Rudolph. Thomas works as the Head of Unscripted Series at Meta. There he creates innovative VR experiences, such as the Just for Laugh's Presents Surrounded comedy series, and the immersive Red Rocks concert series, where you can get to see a 180 degree view and watch the concert in a fully edited VIP Point of view from the edge of the stage.
