Up in the Northern Panhandle, snow falls this morning, mainly before noon. You could see a quick coating of accumulation. The high reaches 42 degrees. Rain arrives overnight, with temperatures rising into the upper 30s. Tuesday warms up to 59 degrees with steady rain. Down in Southern West Virginia, this is the zone to watch closely.
