Providence will see snow transition to sleet, then rain by late afternoon. You'll hit a high near 33 degrees. Don't expect much accumulation, though. Less than an inch. Down along Narragansett Bay, it's a touch milder at 35 degrees. The bay makes the switch to rain faster there, with southeast winds picking up to 10 miles an hour.
