Yup, I am pissing so many people off right now, and guess what per usual, IDGAF. Here is the thing like most things in life, meditation is very personal. You have to do it in a way that works for you (that is what they said 🤣). There are so many different forms of meditation that I’m sure you didn’t realize were meditation, that you can be doing to help you get grounded. We are diving in this episode. ARE YOU READY!
