To receive new posts and support our work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.3 Types of Love - Remember: Love is meeting someone’s needs*  Obligatory Love* Definition - loving someone that it would be really wrong if you didn’t* Examples categories (give examples of loving each)* Family - spending time, (others)* Friends - listening, moving, (others)* Neighbors - tools, watching their house, (others)* Others?  * Reactionary Love* Definition - loving someone when approached with their need.* Example situations* There is a need for help in the community* Stepping up when no one else will* Rides* Chores/Tasks* Projects (in a work environment)* Others* Being in the moment to a stranger in need* Intentional Love* Definition* Love where it’s completely not expected* Premeditated actions of love* Examples* Being in public* Store personnel* People you pass in the street* People at work/school* Messages of love/meeting emotional needs* Friends you don’t see or hear from often* Family that has become distant* Co-workers, classmates, neighbors* Mission trips/charity work - this must be with the correct intention* Not a social event* Not to look good or even feel good (even if you will do both)* Origination* Prayer* Other?  Thinking?  Meditation?  * Summary* To not fulfill Obligatory Love is just bad and evidence of something being broken* To not fulfill Reactionary Love is indicative of poor emotional health and/or focus* TO Intentionally Love really stands out (reference light and dark) and most closely resembles God's love for us.
