How can authors build their confidence?   Being vulnerable can be extremely difficult when it comes to writing. Sharing your story can bring up every fear you have ever endured. However, the best way to conquer fear is to face it head-on. If you have a traumatic story to share and relive as you write, then start sharing with close friends and family. Next, move to share on social media.  Sharing your story builds your confidence, but more importantly, it brings healing to other people. Rukshana spent years telling friends her story and then moved to sharing her story through video on Facebook.
