I found a quote that I’m loving, and I wanted to use that as a base to spark this conversation. “In contradiction and paradox, you can find truth.” I’d like for you to take a moment and think about what this means to you. A paradox is holding two opposing views as your truth, and I believe that understanding that paradoxes exist is only going to get you closer to finding your own truth, freeing yourself.
