323: Should You Detox, Vaginal Yeast Infections, Top Coffee Enema Kit (HouseCall)

I'm glad to have you listening and can't wait to share the community questions we had come in on today's show: Vrajhi (Vruh Zhy) Hello Dr Cabral. I have been listening to your podcasts for a few months now and I just wanted to thank you for all that you do. You have helped me to learn so much about what is going on with my body and how I can change the dysfunction of my body naturally. My husband and I have been saving up to order the 21 day detox, and we are really excited about it. However, over the last month I have began to think that may not be where I should start. I know I have problems with leaky gut(since I'm gluten sensitive) and maybe even candida, and also have the impressions on my tongue that you talked about last week (episode 302), so I know my digestion is not up to par. I, also, look forward to your episode on tongue diagnosis. I was diagnosed with PCOS, sleep apnea, arthritis, and sjogren's syndrome at the tender age of 25(4 years ago). I always feel thirsty except when I am not drinking water, but I love water. I do not sweat often, but I have problems with a sweaty smell in my armpit area. There are other things, but I really would just like to know where I should start? There are plenty of tests I can run, but I cannot run them all.
