Summary
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or Tapping, is a great way to quickly clear up negative thoughts or emotions that prevent us from accomplishing our goals. The technique stems from "Thought Field Therapy" by Dr. Roger Callahan and uses specific acupuncture points to free up your energy flow. Since the energy that is flowing originates from emotions, as we free up those blocked emotions we then become free to move forward. Hence the name, Emotional Freedom Technique.
