After playing college football at The University of Oregon, he joined the Army and completed 4 tours to Afghanistan as an Army Ranger with the 75th Ranger Regiment. He then spent years in the fitness industry as a coach before working with 3 ve nture-backed software startups, serving churches. Nearly 10 years and 3,000 churches later, Chris left that world and followed the Lord's leading to take his then side project of coaching Christian fathers, full time. He now heads up Mission-Fit Dads, a discipleship-oriented fitness coaching company, serves on the team at Forming Men - helping with projects like Man Year, and Primal Path - and spends his spare time pouring into his local region with prayer and discipleship efforts.
