Mitch has an extensive background in the recruitment and staffing industry, prior to setting up his own firm, he worked a successful career for two nationally recognised search firms Spherion and Management Recruiters International. Mitch is also a content creator regularly posting videos online about recruitment alongside his tips for job seekers and hosts a weekly live show where he answers any questions about job seeking and the industry from the audience. He holds a bachelors degree in psychology and business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
