39. It's not show friends, it's show business - Robert Cromeans

Robert Cromeans has always been the mentor I have looked up to through beauty school. Every day on my 45 minute drive to and from beauty school, I would listen to his CD set. It was in those moments my dreams and desires of opening a salon were cultivated. Robert has been guiding my career for over a decade and it was a dream come true to interview him here on this show. I am very excited to share with you the mentors who have made me over the next few months.   In this episode we discuss tried and true business practices, the new normal, always taking new clients, prepping to be on stage and so much more!
