When it boils down to it, there are really just two foundational philosophies competing for our allegiance. Either can be logically defended, but neither should be mixed. Let those of us who belong to Christ, submit to His ethic. Further, let us call people not to an ethic, but to a person – Jesus Christ. Without Him, a Christian ethic is indefensible and foolish.
