Waarom verbindende communicatie & feedbackcultuur essentieel is voor een transformerend Decathlon. Vandaag hebben we Koen Damman te gast, ondertussen al 18 jaar bij Decathlon. Koen is een wintersporter pur sang, iets wat de afgelopen 2 winters vrij onmogelijk te beoefenen was. Maar normaal kan je hem elke winter vinden op zijn latten of zijn snowboard. Zelfs tourskiën moet eraan geloven. Wanneer het skiseizoen voorbij is, vindt hij zijn weg naar de (koers)fiets. Je kan gerust ook zijn ritjes met zijn kameraden op Strava volgen, waar hij zich vorig jaar tijdens de lockdown waagde aan Strava-art. Ook wandelen is een recente passie geworden, om het thuiswerk wat te variëren gaan zijn coachings al wandelend door. Hij was erbij toen het allemaal begon in 2014 (de eerste toscane), vandaag vervult hij zijn rol als leader feedback cultuur en ook als leader, had je het anders verwacht, wintersporten.
