We talk about all of Kole's runs at the State Tournament and Kole gives a lot of great advice throughout the episode, including figuring out the mental side of the sport, wrestling through adversity, and drives home the point that life is what bigger than what happens on the wrestling mat which is a great lesson for everyone involved in this sport.
