It is calling on the Federation of Early Childhood Providers and Childhood Services Ireland to begin pay negotiations, talks which have yet to commence, fuelling concerns of a looming staffing crisis in the sector. All to discuss with Darragh O’Connor, SIPTU Head of Strategic Organising.
