43. Grief, Gratitude & the Money Parallel
from Wealth Embodied · host brianafehringer
I’ve learned that grief isn’t just about losing someone you love. It can show up when you leave a career, move cities, end a relationship, or even outgrow a version of yourself. What surprised me most was how unprocessed grief quietly shaped my relationship with money. In this episode, I talk about how grief and scarcity are energetically linked, and how healing one can free the other. When we hold on to pain, we also hold on to lack. When we soften into gratitude and release what’s gone, we open space for abundance to flow in.If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing “all the right things” but money still feels stuck, this might be the deeper layer you’ve been missing. How grief and money are connected: The same energy of “loss” that we feel in grief can keep us in a pattern of lack with money. Why letting go matters: When I started to heal grief in my body, I noticed my capacity to receive money, joy, and love expanded too.The scarcity/grief loop: How focusing on what’s missing (whether it’s someone or something) signals to the universe that we’re not ready to receive.Reframing grief as gratitude: Gratitude doesn’t erase the loss; it transforms it into wisdom, power, and expansion.Creating energetic space for wealth: Healing emotional wounds frees up energy that can now support creation, income, and growth.🎁 OFFER 🎁Subscribe to the show, leave a review and share a screenshot on your IG stories tagging @briana_fehringer.
