5 Freeway Problems

5 Freeway between Alameda and Olive, southbound side all jammed up. Police have shut down both sides of the freeway. Police are turning commuters around on the southbound. Talking to Brent, a commuter eyewitness, who said Verdugo Overpass has a jumper presently sitting on the bridge threatening to jump. Another caller, Martin, said he was on the 5 but was eventually able to get off the freeway. // #DirectBuyers.com.
