Hey guys! You may know me from my Reagan Christine Youtube channel, but given that I am a sucker to help others through any issue, to help piece the unknown together! Self-love and being mindful is something I am very passionate about independently, and helping express and grow to others! The goal of this podcast is to take simple words and apply them to help live a better, meaningful life! This podcast will be rooted in self-love and coming to peace with yourself!
