He brings home his message and their focus to the primary purpose of his ministry—to point them to the Cross, and the finished work of Jesus. Paul had travelled through Asia Minor, and when he arrived in Galatia he realized they had already fallen away from the teachings of the Gospel of grace. The Judaizers were a group of Jews who tried to put the Church back under the Law by telling them it was necessary for them to keep the Law of Moses before exercising faith in Jesus for salvation.
