53. Culture, Mental Health & Stepping Into Your Power

from Office Flip Flops with Francesca Zampaglione · host Francesca Zampaglione

One year ago today, I hit "publish" on the trailer for my podcast. It's been such a fun ride and I'm so very grateful for all of you and your support. It's no surprise to me that the top three topics relate to mental health, culture, and of course, my personal favorite, stepping into your power. I also talk about my "fake commute" and what brought me to create a podcast of my very own. The top episodes are listed below and are the best of the best. I extracted short clips from each episode. So, rather than highlight three takeaways, I leave you with a challenge for the week: CHALLENGE: We’re half-way through the year, use this time to review how far you’ve come not just in the past six-months but also the past year. Celebrate yourself and your successes. Looking how far you’ve come is a key part to our growth – as individuals in our professional lives and our personal pursuits. Even if what you’re doing is really hard – it’s great to pause and look back. It's time to CELEBRATE!! PODCAST RESOURCES: Episode #19: Culture:  Meet People where They Are with Craig Loundas Episode #2:  Step into Your Power: Dress for Your Audience with Cate Heaman Episode #20: Mental Health: Let's Talk About It with Lauren Welkie Are you interested in starting a podcast of your own?
