53. Culture, Mental Health & Stepping Into Your Power

One year ago today, I hit "publish" on the trailer for my podcast. It's been such a fun ride and I'm so very grateful for all of you and your support. It's no surprise to me that the top three topics relate to mental health, culture, and of course, my personal favorite, stepping into your power. I also talk about my "fake commute" and what brought me to create a podcast of my very own. The top episodes are listed below and are the best of the best. I extracted short clips from each episode.
