#53 Introducing Carlo Fusie-Ferrero

      Carlo is newest member of the Physical Training Company family. His fitness background started with a love of all sports and football led the way playing for Sheffield United as a youngster. Then a different love took hold, as a professional surfer and eventually surf coaching. Now after 30 years of being carved from the beach, ocean and natural elements he believes living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong, fit body and mind. He loves coaching strength for surfers and mobility exercises for surfers in Dubai and is one of the best surf coaches in Dubai. In this episode we tap into who Carlo is and what he’s into.
