I shook that tree as hard as I could. DOWN came the apples Mm-mmm were they good!   Poetry: Autumn Woods by James S. Tippett I like the woods In autumn When dry leaves hide the ground, When the trees are bare And the wind sweeps by With a lonesome rushing sound. I can rustle the leaves In autumn And I can make a bed In the thick dry leaves That have fallen From the bare trees Overhead.   Art: To see photos of the Andy Goldsworthy’s pieces that Ms. Krisanne referenced in this video check do a google search for Andy Goldsworthy’s land art examples.   Poetry lesson by Leslie Thomas Art lesson by Krisanne Knudsen STEM lesson by Eugenia Rojas Go to www.clapforclassics.com/about for more information on our guest educators.   We have a Four Seasons curriculum sale coming up on September 11th.
