"57 "Today is now my Tomorrow"
from Chewing the Frat · host Dr Eddie Thompson
The S.S. Edmund Fitzgerald was launched in 1958 and had over 700 trips on the Great Lakes. The Captain was going to retire and they were on the last trip of the season. On November 9, 1975, the ship along with the S.S. Arthur Anderson went through a huge storm. On the afternoon of the 10th of November, the Captain radioed to the Anderson that they were holding their own. At around 7:00 that evening, the ship and every man on board perished. They did not know that November 10 would be there last day. The Bible reminds us of the preciousnes of life and with that in mind, we see three ways we need to live. Let's talk about that on Chewing the Frat.
