Gender compared to our other impact themes is a difficult topic to address, as it is a topic close to culture. We have rightfully agreed globally that there should be gender equality and gender equity. At the same time we do not have the ambition to change cultures. We need to see from the global commitments and the cultural lenses side how we can effectively address gender topics, also given the fact we work with business.
