6 Hacks & My Routine for Healing after Knee Surgery | Ep. 263

Healing is a beautiful thing. After my recent knee surgery to clean up bone spurs and scar tissue in my left knee, I was dialed-into healing at the deepest level. Based on your questions and feedback (I listen to all of them), I have decided to provide you with my complete healing & recovery protocol to expedite healing and maximize my recovery post-surgery. This includes my 6 "secret" hacks to expedite healing. My hope is that you learn some things to prevent surgery…or that you are well-equipped for your own healing post-injury or even your own surgery someday.    In this podcast, I will share why the heck I had to have another knee surgery, what I did to prepare for surgery, and my complete routine (physical, nutritional, supplement, modalities, hacks, etc.) during the post-recovery process. This includes:    - Why I believe this knee issue started just 6-weeks after my knee replacement in December 2020. - Why and how my back issues contributed to all this. - What to do to potentially prevent the need for surgery.
