6. Softness is a Super Power - Alayna

In this episode I talk to fellow artist and songwriter Alayna about her journey through music and in life, how softness is her super power, the ever evolving nature of this human experience, burn out and nurturing the spring of our creativity, navigating the in between space, Alayna's quest to know herself more deeply and the concept of being enough and feeling worthy. Alayna is a musician, songwriter and artist from Aotearoa, New Zealand.
