Nehemiah and his massive team were moving right along with the rebuilding of the wall when they encountered the enemy. However, the enemy was not an army, no, not at all. The enemy consisted of several individuals who wanted the construction to stop immediately. The first line of attack was ridicule. Later the enemies of fatigue and fear set in. Wisely, Nehemiah met these enemies with confidence and the work continued. We, too, need to be on guard for the enemies of various disguises. Hosted on Acast.
