#638 REFLECTIONS ON THE PAST (Br. Sam, 6-23-24)
from MY GOSPEL @ Desmond R Singh · host Joe McCormick
Reflecting on the work that started in Guyana when Brother Singh returned from America with the gospel of the Kingdom, he faced much opposition. Planting a little church was a struggle, but "some seed fell into good soil and brought forth fruit." Those whose ears God had opened to the truth heard and accepted the message. Others rejected him, their minds and hearts already hardened by apostate beliefs. As Paul stated: "I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase" (1 Corinthians 3:6). From that initial work, fifty years ago, saints still flourish in New York, Tampa, and Toronto.
