Jag avslutar varje poddavsnitt med orden “Du gör skillnad”. Jag gör det av en anledning. När vi jobbar med människor så gör vi skillnad varje dag. Varje möte med en elev, varje blick, varje leende, varje ord, kan göra skillnad för en annan människa. Du gör skillnad för dina elever varje dag, även när det inte känns så. Och det vill jag att du ska komma ihåg. Nu i slutet av terminen är det dags att plocka fram de där små omätbara stunderna, de där guldstunderna, och sätta dem framför betyg, statistik och dokumentation. Häng med!
