They have experience working at all levels of care within Arizona’s mental health system. She utilizes an integration of trauma conscious modalities and inclusive approaches with her clients, pulling from ACT, mindfulness-based approaches, DBT/CBT, polyvagal theory, Compassion Focused therapy, and Client Centered modalities. Winter offers care from a social justice, weight neutral, inclusive lens.
