7. Book Club with Erin Kehrier, LCSW

from Weirdly Wired Women · host Kristen Stelzer

Episode 7 is such a fun one! I am joined by a great friend and fellow ADHD woman Erin Kehrier, LCSW, and we are jumping into this book club head on with James Clear’s Atomic Habits. This book has been recommended to me many times and I knew it would be perfect for our first exploration into wether neurotypical advice really fits for those of us with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence. In this episode Erin and I connect about the parts of the books we liked and the ones that didn’t seem to hold much weight for us. We would love to hear any experiences or feedback you’ve had with this book OR suggestions for other books for our Weirdly Wired guest book club! A little more about our guest: Erin Kehrier is a licensed clinical social worker providing virtual psychotherapy services, including EMDR, to adults in Texas and Michigan. Her practice focuses on addressing trauma, depression, anxiety, and ADHD.
