Today's episode is all about shifting the perception of anger. Join Ash & Stef in this conversation about understanding the why behind our anger. Why are we so afraid of anger and were we ever taught as young children how to effectively express anger. We believe that anger is a motivator for change. We invite you to take time and pause when the emotion of anger does come up for you and reflect on why you are feeling anger. Keeping asking why until you get to the underlying experience, trigger, or emotion behind the anger. Once you understand the why behind it, you can move forward with processing and conscious conversations. We also chat about parenting and how our children are great teachers of expressing all of their emotions, including anger. What can we learn from them? Move anger through your body. Throw a tantrum, scream, yell...just move it. How have you used anger as a motivator for change in your life? We want to hear from you! ---------------------- Let's meet your co-hosts!  We have Ashli; a spiritual entrepreneur, Ashli helps her clients harmonize and transform their lives. Ashli's favorite place to hang out is on IG at Modern Harmony Healing. And we also have Stefanie; a clarity coach and Gene Keys/Human Design enthusiast. Stefanie also hangs out on IG, check out her page at Stefanie Joseph.
