A huge thank you to all the people, organisations and charities who have been involved with this series GXO Logistics actively works with ex-offenders and prisoners through partnerships with organisations like Tempus Novo and New Futures Network. These collaborations aim to provide employment opportunities and support networks for individuals re-entering society after prison. Bob is their ‘Talent Pipeline Development Manager’ and oversees lots of this work. Bob tells us why GXO are so keen on working with people who have experience of the Criminal Justice System, what development opportunities are available and how you could be the next GXO employee. Bob also introduces us to Blake who started working with GXO on ROTL while he was inside.
