Despite the strides that have been made in diversifying the tech industry, there is still a long way to go when it comes to supporting and empowering Black women in tech. Research shows that Black women are severely underrepresented in technical roles and often face unique challenges such as microaggressions, discrimination, and lack of mentorship.

In our latest episode, Ebonie Butler explores how the tech community can do better for Black women in tech. It’s time for us all to take responsibility for creating a more inclusive future for everyone in tech.

Strong Back, Soft Front Emily Anger This podcast goes one step deeper than just having regular conversations. It will be a mix between introspective monologues and having dialogues with others, to discuss things that are beyond surface level and that can be hard to talk about openly. It's about stripping the facade to get into the real person. I want to find out what drives people, what some of their insecurities are, why people do what they do and what they want to bring to the world. Big or small. I want to bridge the gap between being and becoming, to promote authenticity and vulnerability as strengths and to provide a platform where people can relate, have break throughs, learn to understand different perspectives or to just listen to conversations that they might want to have but rarely do. I hope you'll enjoy this! Faith Journeys Brad Otto Welcome to Faith Journeys. This is a podcast dedicated to exploring different people’s journeys of faith. I believe each and every one of us is on a journey of faith regardless of religion or creed. I believe faith goes deeper than just attending a religious worship, and that it guides and leads our lives through the best of times and through the worst of times. It is my hope that through this podcast we can see that each of us has a journey to take, and that along that journey, we are never alone.
