Welcome back Love notes with Lyz. In this episode, we discuss relationships and the dreaded TALK. You know the one that churns your stomach. Well, we have a strategy for that—regularly scheduled meetings. In the show, I tell you that I will write easy notes for you. So here they are:  Before the Meeting:  Take the Free Enneagram Quiz and/or do the Fun Love Formula  Create a spot to put all your ideas- preferably in your notes app During the Meeting:  Celebrate- What is one thing that is going well? Problem Solve- Use the problems you wrote down in your notes app and come up with solutions together.
