You may receive a little gut punch from today's episode as Ash & Stef explore the intention behind our actions. Are you giving out of love or are you giving out of obligation or expectation? We share some real life examples of how we have seen this show up in our own lives. Are you a people pleaser, making sure everyone around you is happy? What are you receiving because of your people pleasing actions? Taking accountability of when you do something for a reaction may be a big step that will allow you to shift into the presence and giving unconditionally. Love doesn't have conditions or expectations tied to it. Our challenge from today's episode is to pause and ask yourself this question: Am I giving to give or am I giving to receive?  We cited the book Love is Letting Go of Fear by Gerald G. Jampolsky.  And we also shared a little bit more about the DTR Soul Community. If this resonates with you and you would like to learn more, head on over to our website, Dance to Remembrance.  ---------------------- Let's meet your co-hosts!  We have Ashli; a spiritual entrepreneur, Ashli helps her clients harmonize and transform their lives.
