81. My Choice to Enter In-Patient Treatment in 2020

In this episode, I open up to you and get vulnerable about my story. In 2020, I decided to go to in-patient treatment for 6 weeks, and then took another 2 months off when I was not doing well with my mental health. I went in to deal with my trauma, and came out with a whole different perspective. Sobriety has been one of the biggest blessings in my life, and has allowed me to experience my life to its fullest potential. My hope is to impact 1 person.
