Teresa Duncan received her Master of Science degree in Health Care Management from Marymount University and has worked in healthcare for over 20 years.  Her company Odyssey Management offers online courses and training materials for insurance coordinators and managers. She's worked at every position in the dental office that didn't require a license – from taking out the trash to answering the phones on the front line to managing the whole operation.   You can find her giving insurance and management courses at meetings like CDA, Yankee and Rocky Mountain.
