#82 TREASURE IN MY EARTHEN VESSEL

Brother Singh assures us that despite being in the midst of hell, breaking loose around him, he is satisfied he receives the living water offered us through Christ, Jesus. (John 4:14)  Salvation prompts the Holy Ghost to work in our lives.  Salvation separates fantasy from reality. A real salvation experience results in a genuine Holy Ghost baptism. Paul made clear, "if our gospel is hidden, it is hidden to them that are lost, because the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which do not believe."  (2 Corinthians 4:3-4)  Let us understand; there is a difference between fantasy and reality. There is a difference between faking a Holy Spirit experience and a genuine baptism in the Spirit.  Believing in a fable is spiritual blindness; it cannot lead to eternal life. "Reality" for the elect of God is this:  "We have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."
